    Your new piece is strikingly similar in construction to the WWI era London Scottish Officer's Sporran we saw here a while back.

    The primary difference being that the front plate on yours is not covered, but the attachment and covering of the rear plate as well as the hinge structure
    are almost identical.

    The larger of the two is about 10 cmd
    I have the same pin and another one of a similar design with a ball end. Both made by Hamilton & Inches in Edinburgh and of hallmarked silver. Blanket style kilt pins (particularly the two in sterling silver that I own) are the only type of kilt pins that I wear, when I do decide to wear a one of course!

    Buyer pays the postage depending on their choice of service level; without knowing what conditions the buyer wishes to attach to the postage/courier service it is impossible to say what the cost will be. Your guess will be as good as mine
