Casey, the term medieval refers to a period in history roughly from 800AD to 1500AD ref: http://www.anatine.co.uk/medieval_timeline.htm

    Graham,

My thought was that I had originally thought that I was born 100 years too late. But, now it would appear it is further back than that.

Yes not medieval, although, shortly after.

Casey, I'm sure we are all born at just the right time It's nice to know we can have an appreciation for the past tho', plus I trust, hope for the future.

That time line is really interesting, kinda gives you some perspective on history.

It truly is a matter of perspective. 500 years ago most of us would not be alive today because of life expectancy. 500 years from now if the world is still around, this day and age will be considered ancient. I always wanted to go back into the past knowing what I know now, but knowing full well that will never happen. If somehow I was transformed to the future I would become an exhibit, and that is not what I want. So the here and now suits me fine, I can be kilted anytime I want
