My wife says it is probably a black chinchilla rabbit. she says that breed has markings very similar to the sporran shown. As for the Peta comment I believe its people eating tasty animals. They all look best next to the mashed potatoes and gravy.

That is a cat I seen one just like it the other week , I'm surprised someone was able to turn it into a sporran so quickly !

Okay. It arrived. I dunno. It don't look dyed. And it it feels a lot like our two tabby cats.
I'm going with cat. It just sounds kick . If you want a cat sporran, I recommend that seller.
Now, I'm waiting for the fluffy white baby harp seal skin sporran to arrive.
