Tho really, my walk is only 10k, I do that once a week in a kilt with no problems, it's not exactly a 2000 mile hike!

You don't have to be hiking thousands of miles for body glide to be valuable, just a short walk on a hot humid day can cause chaffing. I didn't realise how chaffed I was getting until I used Body Glide. I found out it's not normal to have sore itchy thighs on a hot day. Now I keep it around all the time. Get some, you'll be a believer too, especially if you go regimental!

Simple - have it delivered, apply and then walk to the store to pay for it!

That's the beauty of bodyglide, it will even help after chalfing has started (not as much, but it will help).
