Hi from Western Colorado,

My name is Rodger Cotton. I have been wearing a Kilt, and playing Highland Pipes since 1993. I also make, or could make just about anything associated with a Kilt, and Bagpipes. I also enjoy cooking, especially Barbecue (the slow, smoked cooking process.. not the ketchup based sauce) The "Ancient and Noble Art of Barbecoa".

Well met Rodger. If you are referring to the same process used for hogs in North Carolina "pit cooked BBQ", then you are indeed a nobleman of pork or beef "chuck-mastery." We have had discussions of removing stains from "drippin's" on kilts here before but would be interested in any new input.
