Hello from Colorado Springs
I have been sewing for many years, and my nephew wanted a kilt, so here I am. I'm of Scottish heritage (paternal grandfather from Nova Scotia-Gillisville as it was) and have had the chance to visit Nova Scotia and Scotland both. I'm starting with a olive drab kilt, so no worries about the sett.
I'm still looking for the X-kilt manual with the pictures. The only one I've found to download is the first edition. If anyone can show me a working link I'd appreciate it.

I'm very sorry. We had a small glitch. The link to the X-Kilt manual is broken.
We hope to have it fixed soon.

Hi.
Should you ever get down to Durango, drop me a line first.
I'm available to meet with you at the Irish Embassy where I will allow you to buy me a Smithwicks and a Macallen 12 that I might be sufficiently lubricated to regale you with tales of the road, the people, the joy, the pain and the hope for a fine future.
Then I'll buy you a beer and a malt and we'll have some fish and chips.
Springs is a lovely area. There's a decent pub there as well.
Good luck in your quest.
