I'd leave it as is, and if you decide that it won't work with your other stuff, there is probably somebody out there (or here) that would take it off your hands and reimburse you for it.
Excellent advice and I totally agree .
If one submerges any jacket of " this type " in water for the period of time necessary to dye it ... it will most likely ruin the shape and lay of the inner and outer fabrics .
Hence the label " Dry Clean Only " .

Arrived today
Arrived today..oh man, putting a kilt on is like putting a suit of armour on :-) Ok, so to my surprise there was a matching waistcoat with the jacket and tonight I put it on so you can see the entire look.....to much green or is it the luck of the Irish?

My fall back option is my Argyll jacket with a black waistcoat but the black tie look seems just a little to formal for an Argyll???

I like the green jacket, but I'd lose the belt if wearing the vest.

I don't think you would want to dye the green pc. Looks great!

I agree with Todd—great looking jacked. In my mind, belts and waistcoats stand lone. It's a trimmer, neater look to drop the belt when wearing a vest.

Oh, no - don't do a thing to that jacket - that shade of green is magnificent!
To my eye, it goes very well with that kilt.
