    Hello

Hello everyone, so I'm a new member. I've been looking at xmarks for at least a year now. I had my grams hand make a kilt for me using the xkilt design and a few other designs. Now after a year of sporting that kilt I decided I want to add a sporran to it so I'm going to hand make my own sporran. I have all the materials but just haven't actually put it together. This weekend I'm going to attempt to do so.
Im glad to be on this forum and I'm looking forward to talking to everyone on here and getting feedback on my diy projects

Well met Teddy. This is a sporran I through together in a weekend. It is an old suede purse (thrift shop score) with modification. I hope you'll post photos of your project when finished. Glad to have you with us.

Thank you guys for the welcome

Thank y'all for the welcoming, tarheel I like that sporran, what is the clasp made out of exactly? I'm making a rob roy in black top grain leather but the gusset will be made of blue split leather from some welding gloves I lifted off of work. I want to post some photos but I can't figure out how yet.
