"People" already wear kilts. It's getting more guys into them that's the issue as I see it.
And educating the public that kilts are mens garments. Saturday I was at the Class A state football championships)Cloudcroft lost ) and some of the local cowboys thought I was cold because I was wearing a dress as they put it. Some people are ignorant and they are proud of that, they don't care how many people are wearing kilts or who wears kilts because they DO NOT CARE, and they will go on believing what they want because that is what they want to do.

I dropped a post here around the time I first found this group about an encounter I had with some Central Valley farmers.
They started in teasing me about wearing somebody's dress. I turned around and told them I was wearing my own. Then I walked over so they could get a closer look. They liked what they saw and I explained about the pockets, the rugged construction, the comfort. Then I showed them the adjustable hammer loop. I told them, "You can fit a full-sized cordless drill in here." Jaws dropped. They took cards.
Ya just never know.
