I could run out at lunch and get one of me in front of the US Capitol Building but I'm not sure if that counts as a ruin :P

Not without qualifying for some serious Rule#5 breakage, anyway. Lol!

I think it is time to put the ruin to bed and dream up something easier.

The replacement challenge is: Kilted on a bridge. The bridge must have at least 4' clearance and what runs underneath should be visible.

If you are going to do it, do it in a kilt!

A little over a mile from where I live in a steep wooded area known as Lumsdale, which comprised a number of water wheels in years gone by. I have provided more information on a separate thread here.

Cripes! I forgot all about this, I was out with my son flipping a line in the water off a bridge over the creek out back, nary a thought outside of the wee fishes we were courting.

    A bridge too far

Well, I guess this was a bridge too far and I crossed 3 today, a couple shown here.

Let's try something really difficult: Kilted beside your favourite set of wheels.
If you are going to do it, do it in a kilt!

I got luck with this one. Just back today from a Motorcycle rally and slipped into the kilt when I got there. My sled is on my right and my camping buddy took the photo (his bike on my left).

let's try "kilted having fun during an outdoor summer time acitivity" examples: soccer, kite flying, netting butterflies.

When I made the deal with myself that I was not going to put pants on until I put the red ones on again, I knew days like this one would come along. Fixing a broken water line I am not sure if it fits into this challenge or not "kilted having fun during an outdoor summer time activity" Fixing sprinklers is definitely an outdoor summer time activity. The question is was In having fun? Well working with my sweet Heart was fun enough to get me through this task. My knees are a little sore and scratched and it's amazing how painful one grain of sand can be. BUT I did it kilted. and Sweet Heart is so proud of me.
If this is acceptable my Challenge shall be to post a picture "NOT having fun Kilted"
