That last photo would be short if it weren't for the red parasol. Somehow, they seem to go together. And there's that rainboe thing.

I don't know. It could have happened and the photog anticipated it. The guy's smile does look suspicious though.
I almost had a similar experience in London when a sudden gust hit. I was on Colborne near Queen's and all of a sudden I'm pushing my kilt down. It's a solid weight so you can imagine my surprise. And then my fear, because, if you know the area, I'm walking past the Catholic school. And they know kilts....

The vent was deliberate. I pulled that from some guys online blog. It was staged.
The kids dressed like that for a homecoming dance (different blog). I wouldn't wear it like that, but apparently no one at the dance knew any better.

Nothing wrong with staging a demonstration to illustrate a point--the girl in the "How to Get in/out of a Car Wearing a Miniskirt" (wording approximate) video was doing the same thing. Nobody was filming her surreptitiously.
As for the kids in th Mactablecloth tartans, it is unfortunate that nobody could advise them better how to obtain and wear a proper kilt outfit. Such episodes can actually cause official antipathy for the kilt. Any new kilter would be well advised to view this entire thread to avoid embarrassment; we should all make it our mission to bring them to this forum.
