Derek: I heartily agree, I know I paused carefully before I added my comments and enjoyed, thoroughly, reading the comments posted by others and tracing it's journey. Many stops in places I have never visited. In all seriousness I would declare an amnesty against jibes, criticisms, harangues etc. if who ever has the scarf and book would just return it and their identity and what ever the circumstances be kept anonymous. Just please return it.

It would be great if the original scarf and log book does resurface at some point in the future. As regards scarf 2 ... it should be arriving with ScotFree any day now ... the uk postal service told me it would take about 7/10 working days to get there, so we are just approaching that parameter.

Great news Derek, and I do hope the original will some day become a phoenix.

Yes! Scotfree, McFarkus, and I got together at our favorite tavern, Duke Of Perth, for an afternoon of kilted camaraderie and to hail the Welsh Rugby Scarf. It was good to meet Scotfree and see McFarkus again.
The three of us outside the Duke.
McFarkus and Scotfree with the scarf
Looking forward to more pics from Scotfree.

The travels continue.
First Llew (he confessed his name over a pint or two), treated us to a musical interlude from his native Wales.
He plays a lovely harp. He did bemoan the lack of a Welsh triple strung, but he made do

Day three, lunch at my favorite Celtic pub in town, a taste of the ol' sod ... fortunately tasted much better than sod.
Hmmm what to order ...
Bangers and Mash ... that's the ticket. Washed down with a pint of Magners
