What about Irish Regiments?

Sure, why not? Just remember that the Irish regiments usually only had kilted pipers. But I don't see why someone couldn't wear an Irish tartan, saffron, etc. kilt for an Irish regimental day.

Easter; 1916.
Dec. 6th; Independence Day; birth of the Irish Free State.
