Thu Aug 18 2005 - Only one lane in each direction is open on Highway 4-0-2 this morning near London (Ontario) after yesterday's high-speed drama. This is one area where Doc and I will agree. What a waste, all that money and Lepine could still buy that rifle today. What was accomplished? Scottish Football Association, mum would say.
