How much is the tartan? Where from?
Hi all,
Being new to the forum I have missed out on much before. How much is the tartan? Where would I order it from?
Looks gorgeous, by the way!
Thanks

Ham I wish that I was just not as far as I'am, I will be visting my Mother soon now the days are getting longer summer is coming and you are only 40 miles from her, If Steve reads this as well I have found a kilt maker only 20 miles away from where I live and they are all ready for me to take the tartan post hast to have made up for me

Send a Private Message to Wizard of BC (Steve) and ask for details. You can also do a search on the forum as there have been a few threads about the tartan in the past.

I gues I missed while out of town. I am so psyched! I can't wait to get a new kilt, and one in the XMarks tartan will be awesome. I have been fiercely resisting buying a new kilt for the past few weeks. My eBay knock-offs are starting to show their lack of quality and I seem to be in a tartan mood recently. Now, if I am just in the first round...

Tonight when I was working my wife gave me a call...
"Darling?" <---darling with a question mark is always bad news
"Yes?" <---what did I do wrong?
"I had a guy from Canada on the phone...your kilt is ready"
"Huh? I didn't order a kilt!"
"Yeah! sure!"
"Was it Steve Ashton?"
"Err....think so"
"Ah!"
"He'll send the kilt...the one you didn't order...to our home adress" <---cold voice
"Ah! the X Marks tartan!"
"The what?"
"Oh!!!! he must send it to Barb!"
"Who is Barb?" <---really cold voice
"A kiltmaker"
"Oh...okey"
"Call him back and ask him to send it to Barb"
"Uhh...okey, but I don't have his number"
"Argh!!!!! uh...you can find it on his website!...Freedom Kilts...in my favorites"
"Okidoki!"
5 minutes later...
"Sorted out!"
"Great!"
"So you didn't order a kilt?"
"Mumble...mumble"
"You're such an idiot"
"I know...I know"
