The difference between the pictures is that the first was a computer-generated graphic, and the second is a photo of the actual cloth with the flash being used (the actual colors are a little darker).
I'm leaving the pleating up to Matt, because he's the expert. Based on the size of the sett and my measurements, pleated to stripe looks to be more likely - the central black overstripe in either the green or brown look like the most likely candidates to me.
