I'd say that 180 euros was good Hamish - I looked at some Argyll Jackets in Inverness and they were £225.00!

True, McClef, but don't forget that the corduroy can never be worn as formally/semi-formally as the same jacket in tweed or barathea. I still think it represents very good value - and is nicely 'different'!

But that's why it is so great. It's a kilt sport coat, for days you need a little jacket, but don't need to be really dressed up.

Hamish, you look outstanding in that outfit! I love the jacket, waistcoat and kilt. Beautiful earthy tones.
