I have a few from SportKilt that are flannel like. Yes, they are soft and warm.

I'm pretty sure they stopped selling them, though.

A hundred thousand welcomes from western Canada! Due to safety regs I can't wear kilts at work but every day otherwise.

from the Scottish Borders. Until recently I only wore kilts two or three times a week but I've now added a few cheap polycotton kilts which are great for lounging around the house and garden, or going out to the shops. It's been over three weeks since I last wore trousers - kilts every day at the moment.
