Hamish,
I understand retirement does bring about improvement.
I like the new and improved pose!

OK I'm all up for the pose but I don't have a leather Kilt. I can get my leg up but it will be wool.

You don't even want to see me attempt that and my wife would be laughing too much before she could take the picture. But, I will be back to see Dirka's attempt.

Hamish, always entertaining! You have raised the bar. But, it's unfair. I have seen that picky of you as a top class Scottish dancer. So you have an advantage over the rest of us . . . Years of training, silky movements . . . This will have to wait. I pulled my back shovelling mountains of snow from the driveway this week.

There's no way on earth I'm gonna try that pose, at least not in public or in front of a camera.
For a man of 39 or so, you look pretty good in that kilt.

Oh well, maybe give it a try next week, so long as I can wear one of my slightly longer kilts. Though I'm wondering, Hamish, how new a pose this is, when you have all these pretty flowers around you, looks like your picture may have been taken last summer.

I knew that pose looked familiar. If I were a Grateful Dead fan, I'd have figured it out sooner.

If we're not careful, I think trying this one may expose some of us to... shall we say, unexpected attention.
I’d like to see Kirka try one, though.
