Anyone planning on going this coming saturday? The reason I ask is that the new rugby stadium is opening in Glendale this saturday (just around the corner from the bull and bush), the estes park games are going on and so on. Anyway, anyone going to be thinkin' 'bout drinkin' or will it be another saturday?

The Bull and Bush (from what i have been told) is sort of the original celtic tavern in the area.
The only reason I was thinking about this venue is that there is free parking and no smoking. I did eat lunch there the other day and it was great (i am not overstating this....i am kind of a foodie and i dont say this kind of thing lightly). I have no idea if they do live music like the celtic tavern, but i could find out if people would be interested.

I would love to go, but I am still out of town, and may be back by Saturday, but no guarantees. I have been going to the Bull and Bush off and on for years.
Glendale is now becoming upscale.

The Bull and Bush sounds good to me. I won't be able to make it this month but next month, the 13th, would be fine.

Hi all!
I just ran across the board looking for info about Denver kilt nights. So here I be.
As way of introduction, I'm a DBA working downtown (across the street from The Celtic no less). Have been known to participate in Ren Faire (a lot). And um, I became slightly infamous for anwering the 'what's worn' question during a 'keg toss' event last spring.

Glen, I'd love to but the way I'm feeling and the amount of work I'm going thru for the end of the governments fiscal year, I just don't have time. Also, my wife and I will be going to Loreena McKennitt on 10/6 so that night is out. Best for me will be the usual 2nd Saturday.

I'd love to, but if you've ever seen that old cartoon where the guy opens his wallet and moths fly out of it, you've seen the state of my budget for things like kilt night right now. I'm hoping to have that fixed in time for October.
