    Your photo tour brings back memories! I loved being in San Diego when I was based at NAS North Island. I would get up on a Sunday morning, if I did not have duty, and go walkabout for a good part of the day. It was so nice to see familiar sights again! Lots of good memories! Nice to see the suspension bridge again. Have been over that a few times .

    I didn't know Hazard went THAT far back ..
    I'm trying to remember some of the funnier named places in Hillcrest.
    I delivered an original artwork to my friends Uncle Doug and Aunt Bob a few years back (pre-kilted days).
    Carrying paintings on amtrak is not a good idea ...

    Yeah, that was a fun place, but sadly it's gone. Replaced by a smoke shop.

    The pride parade is twice the size it used to be though, so it makes up for it.
