the thought of taking such a walk as you did on Sunday, fills me with dread!

You are obviously in need of another long weekend with us. A good bus ride and long walk and some good ale will sort yer aches n pains out!

Wonderful photos! It's been too long since my last visit to Wales. Beautiful countryside, and wonderful people. The beer can be quite exellent as well!
