Hello, SFCRick, welcome! I'm curious if the RBD will be different than any other given your location. Write about it. As an example, Texas has its stamp on Houston's version. We serve haggis as an appetizer and beef steak and potatoes as the main course. We had to get the hotel to agree to serve our own neeps as they don't serve them at all.
