Kermit would be the easiest to do from scratch. I actually got the idea in a round about way.
I was thinking of the avatar used by AnimalK. I thought it would be funny to have a Muppet in a kilt who's full mask Sporran talked too. Then I thought, why not make a sporran out of a muppet? Animal would be a good one, so would Rowlf. I'm not a big fan of Elmo anyway so I did a mock up of him 1st.

Which came about 'cause he sent me a link to a red fox sporran (not THAT Redd Foxx, though, you beeg dummeh), and I asked where Elmo's head was. ;)

Kevin out.
Speaking of NC-17, how do I put this, I've always though that a Bull's... pouch (for want of a better word) would make a good coin purse. I'm too squeemish or what have you to whip one out of my sporran to pay for my coffee but others may.
Edit: Oh dear God in finding a link I found that they come in kangeroo also

I'll track this one in pictures as I go. Perhaps I'll get a mask sporran from it.
Cheers,
Kevin.
Right now I have two skunk pelts hanging up waiting to see how I can honor them. One is to be a sporran for a young man that was the best man at my daughter's wedding. The other who knows? I just won't force them to look like the sporrans one can buy from most Scottish Stores. While most folks don't think of skunk as an animal one ought to honor, I believe all life should be honored and respected.
Please do track this one in photos.

Interesting side note (at least to me):
I never knew any foxes could climb trees until visiting the fox glade at Brookgreen Gardens near Myrtle Beach, SC and seeing greys and reds lounging in some very high branches. The guide mentioned that normally, red foxes can not climb trees but these had learned the behavior from watching the grey foxes they were kept with. Unfortunately, my last visit there was the first with a camera and no foxes were resting in the trees that day.

The link for the bull didn't work, but I did like the kangaroo one's. If I hadn't already spent my pay check I'd get those
Kind of puts me in mind of the stories about ol' Bonaparte
