The kilt really leaves quite an impression

I'd have to say that North Carolina in general is a very kilt friendly environment. A lot of us are Scotch-Irish -Welsh descent and the highland games are plentiful and popular. I have noticed that WOMEN are kilt fans,but girls are not...perhaps a maturity issue?

About three months ago I started out wearing my kilt to tend bar at the American Legion post I belong to and I run into a lot of the same thing. As soon as they see me not in I kilt most ask "why no kilt today?".
So they definitely leave an impression on people. And at least around here it is always seems to be a good one.
