I don't have an American tartan, so I'm wearing my Royal Stewart tonight being it's mostly red. I'll also wear a blue shirt and blue kilt hose with the kilt.

I wore my Irish American yesterday for a pre-4th barbeque. Today I'm in uniform all day. Tomorrow it will be my Isle of Skye at the party for all of us who had to work today.

Had to be in uniform today. Participated in a parade in King City, CA and represented the US Army by Driving my commander in an up armored M1151 HMMWV, with .50 cal M2 Browning machine gun mounted on the turret.
Had fun at the park with the static display after answering a lot of questioned from the inquisitive.
Gotta drive a bus tomorrow, but Sunday?
The Monterey Scottish Games, baby!
Full on kilted...

I even got my brother to wear his x-kilt that I made for him. It was a good kilt day on my block.

Absolutely!
Went to a local 4th of July parade, then to Louisville Riverpark and afterwards to the store in my newly arrived SWK BlackWatch.
Few stares, lots of eye contact/nods and tons of patriotic fun!
