I love to see the Jones bite a new Kilt owner like this. It's as exciting for us Kiltmakers as it is for you.

This is the reason I installed Skype with a webcam in my shop. I can call a customer and they can actually watch me work on their Kilt.

You think you are excited??? There have been times I've had to turn the sound down because the customer is yelling with this real high pitched voice into the microphone. "Oh cool, you basted another pleat!!! Hold it up!!!!!! Hold it up so I can see it again!!!!!!!".

Ok, is it kind of sick that I've already signed up for the Photobucket account, and gotten it organized, just so I can post kilt pictures???

Not sick, just good self-defense practice: if you don't have the pix up in about an hour, we'll all be bugging you to see them. Make sure you have a digital camera ready, and good batteries...

If you put the camera on a tripod, you'll get the best kilt shots at about waist level. Yes, that's kilt waist; not blue-jeans waist.

Hehe, I've actually got an interview for a new position with the agency, that may move me down to the Humid Midlands. I'll be in Cola-town tomorrow, and probably find out next week if I'll have to leave my beloved mountain

To answer Casey's last question first. Nope, you are perfectly normal! It is a wonderful milestone, and only happens once in a lifetime. (There can be no 'second first time').

As for the kilt night, Maybe we can all meet at the Waxhaw games? Whaddayasay?

When are the games? If it fits in my ever slammed schedule, I'm all for it!
