How about first half of March? Does anyone have any ideas? There are many great places to meet at I am thinking Salt Lake City. How about Elizabeth's Tea House. British food, 700 East across from Trolley Square. It would need to be late after noon there, as they close somewhere between 5 and 6.

that sounds good, but the time might be a little difficult, unless we meet on a Saturday...

Here's an idea-the wife and meownself try to meet up with the kids somewhere along the St. PatrickDay prade route. After the prade, we usually go somewhere for lunch. If anyone is coming to the prade here in Salt Lake we can meet up afterwards and get a bite. Or I can fire up the smoker the weekend before and do some ribs or pulled pork and we can meet at my place after the prade and do a potluck.
Just tossing out ideas~

Well, I mentioned the St. Patrick's Day Potluck to my Bride and she thinks that it's a grand idea. Now all we need to find out is:
- who all is coming so we can get a head count
- what time do we want to meet up, and
- is Pulled Pork sandwiches good for every one?
vegan scot~I can grill up a couple of portabella mushrooms for you.
Also, the Bride is wondering if each family group could contribute $5.00 towards the cost of the meat?
I'm so looking forward to this!!
vegan scot~ I just saw your post-Wish you could join us!!

I'll be backpacking in Canyonlands from the 13th to the 17th of March. (Kilted? Perhaps.) Other than that, weekends usually work best for me. I'm excited to meet up with everyone!

Actually I'll probably be back the afternoon of the 17th, so if we're planning on getting together later on in the day or in the evening count me in!
Grilled portabellas? Be still my vegan heart! So tasty!
