Small world this internet!
That's too bad about the loss of all the family heirlooms. I've been lucky enough to get alot of my dad's stuff over the past few years. He passed away in 1977 when I was 14, so anything of his I can get is treasured.
It is a small world indeed!
We attended on the Friday night and got in just before they started turning people away. It was packed!! We were in time to see the piping in of the Haggis as well as the toast. We tried some of the food...I had Haggis for the first time. Not too bad once I put some gravy on it.
We should have stuck around longer but we wanted to hit a few other pavillions. Turns out every one had a long line-up to get in, so we headed home.
