I just did a wedding outfit for a customer who ordered black and red diced hose and wore royal blue flashes (He also ordered a black stewart from me). I have to admit....I was a little skeptical when I pictured it in my head, but when I saw it, it looked great. He had an assortment of color garted flashes, and each one gave a really nice dynamic to the red and black. I say go for red and black diced hose. PM for any other help-Josh

Thanks for the help, Josh. By the time I researched and decided on a pair of diced or argyle, it was too late to order.
I think that was a little under your site's stated turn around time for hose. I'm now 9 days away from The Day.
I'm going to post a cpl photos after work tonight to get some opinions on which choice looks better with my full outfit.
I'll end up ordering a pair after I recover from the expense of my Outfit and the honeymoon expenses

Ok, so today's the big day and I still haven't decided on my hose colour.
The options are:
Black w/ either red or matching tartan flashes.
Creme w/ black or red or matching tartan flashes.
Light Creme w Rampant Lion on the cuff of the hose w/ red/black or matching tartan flashes.
Some pics of the outfit:

MAN-You look terrific!!! But you must do one thing. Pull your kilt up so that the white of your dress shirt doesn't show. You want the bottom lapels of the vest to drape over the kilt. Do that , and you're 100%. Looking good though!

First of all, you will be very well turned out no matter which of your options you select--just know that and enjoy your day! That being said, I would vote for the Black hose, tartan flashes option you have pictured above...just my preference, you should go with your own...Congratulations to you and Best Wishes to your bride!

Black hose, and YOU LOOK SPLENDID!!!

Rampant Lion hose with the dark flashes. And be sure to take the basting stitches out of your kilt before you walk down the isle.

Thanks for the input everyone. I ended up going with the Rampant Lion hose as all my other accessories were RL as well. My Plaid Pin, Sporran, Kilt Pin all were RL...
I got tons of great comments, and I made sure I was pulling my kilt up to have the ends of my vest cover all the white.
The pics I do have from friends look pretty good. I'll post up more when I get back from the honeymoon! Here's a teaser:
