    That would certainly reduce the number of lassies wanting to stroke ones sporran

    I've never seen such a thing... I don't think my mother would like it.

    just saw this on ebay, i dont think that they have taken and formal sporran making classes but... it could be a start of a new style for sporrans...

    Strange but beautiful pieces. Kate MacPherson works out of the UK I presume. That Tyto alba (barn aka monkey face owl) sporran would land one in a world of hurt in the US.

    Definitely ermine, which is what the winter pelage least weasel is called. Very poor quality and appears to be stained badly. Quality ermine should be pure white.

    I would definitely own a gator sporran. Nothing's scarier than a gator guarding your bits and pieces, unless someone has made a T-Rex sporran.
