Ahh. I shoot but do not hunt. I hike a lot - mostly in state forest. I have not encountered a hunter yet. I could make you a tam / balmoral. I made one for scotchmaster to go with his kilt. I did not get a photo of it but he says he is happy with it. I could make a contrasting toorie / dicing. I'd do it for the fun of it. I could have something done by hunting season. Just need your circumference in inches or cm. It would tighten with the ribbon. Look at my photos to see what they look like. I have two albums - one shows a green one. The other shows a black one with red toorie and red and white dicing. Let me know.

I would take him up on the offer in a heartbeat! I go hunting and that would be fantastic. It would also make the game warden here laugh his head off! He has seen me wear my kit before.
After thinking about it, if it was blaze orange with floresent green/safety yellow dicing and tourie, the bonnet would be the perfect duty bonnet for the fire station during the winter. It would match our safety vests. While working traffic control we are allowed to wear these bright knitted watch caps but this balmoral would be so much better. Plus I have a source for reflective ribbon for a cockade. If I felt really frisky I have a small flashing safety light about the size of a bonnet badge! LOL!

The florescent green yellow dicing and tourie sounds like it wouldn't actually look half bad (considering the circumstances) but if that were unavailable i'd be happy to see the tourie in a blue perhaps? I can't bear the thought of not compensating someone for their hard work but I am still most interested in the bonnet, with deer season so far off theres a good long time to fabricate it. I don't know much about the personal messages feature, but if we work something out that would be great. photos will definitely be posted
cheers

LOL! Kyle I have almost been hit by a car several times while working wrecks. I try to be as bright and reflective as I can.

I've found that reading and meditation helps...but a nice bonnet might work too.

Yeah and think of the Ryan Ross bonnet picture pose. You could have the shotgun instead of the pointing index finger. I would be scared.
