    Dressed to the Hilt

    This photo showed up as "Kilt of the Day" on Facebook.

    I was very impressed; even dress like this, Prince Charles looks perfect. As one commented on Facebook, "Whomever dresses him does a good job".

    I'm not very knowledgeable about this so, does anyone recognize how he is dressed specifically? Is there a regimental identity? That looks like pilots wings at the top of the red sash! I am just curious!
