Hi from PA and locations abroad!
Hi all....love the site...lots of great information and advice.
So there I was in Dubai in 2012 and thought...."damn it's hot!"....so I started wearing a kilt and convinced others to drink the kool-aid as well...
1st photo is from St Patty's Day, me and my boss. US Navy Tartan (Edzel) with US Navy NWU type III top. 2nd photo is from the coming home party.

Thanks,
Dennis

Hello Dennis and from the wooded highlands of The Big South Fork, north central Tennessee!
and a special welcome to another Navy Vet and Welcome Home! Maybe one day we can actually outnumber the Marines on here, although I must admit, I like their tartan better than the Edzell -- but looks good on you!

Hello Dennis, and welcome to X Marks from just south of you in lower, slower Delaware. Glad you have joined the kilted rabble. By the way, that's a good looking kilt and you look great in it.

Simon Fraser fought as MacShimidh, a Highland chief… wrapped and belted in a plaid over the top of his linen shirt, like his ordinary kinsmen. He put a bonnet on his head, and stuck the Fraser emblem, a sprig of yew, in it. With the battle cry, A'Chaisteal Dhunaidh and the scream of the pipes, they charged to battle.
