Many thanks Anne that made me laugh keeping the status quo!.... that's a hard task by the sounds of it, im a curious soul but what do you pleat?.... is it Kilts.

Yes, I make my own kilts - reverse Kingussie style as it is easier to cycle in them having the inverted box pleat centre back, but I also tend to pleat other garments - gowns, cloaks and capes, and to use pleating where others might use gathers - pleating in the broadest terms, including English smocks and fancy shirts.
