Yes. And not in a nice way. He's already stated in his Q&A "A: THANK YOU FIRST TIME I WORE A KILT".

The critique seems a trifle harsh under such circumstances. Of course, with all our superior knowledge, the first time we put a kilt on we all looked just tremendous and required NO guidance at all...

Lighten up folks, call off the dogs? He's just a bloke trying to flog a kilt outfit and likely couldn't give a stuff about the nuances of sporran hanging.

You sound like a bunch of school-yard bullies pointing and sniggering at the new kid in the class.

I do agree that this thread has taken a bit of an ill turn, in typical internet fashion.

But on the other hand, I find it almost impossible to believe that someone with enough internet savvy to post an item for sale on eBay couldn't figure out how to look up a couple of photos of people wearing kilts to see how it's done first. I mean, the sporran around his neck? Come on, that's gotta be some kind of joke. Nobody with internet access could possibly be that ignorant. Maybe he did it just to draw attention to his auction, knowing that it would get lots of views?

It actually quite a novel way of displaying both the pleats and the sporran - all in one photo! Rocky, Steve, others take note....
