    When in the hose I have the garter-tie over the handle, not over the sheath. The magnet holds the sheath up, and it's much less likely to come out (unless you are running, but you should be pulling the whole thing out before you do that.)

    Sure did. I sent the knife to my favorite leatherworker and had a molded leather sheath made. It doesn't wobble at all,now.

    I do leather, and that was a thought I had, but I like the pretty wooden sheath too!

    You may be able to work a thin piece of leather down into the sheath to help wedge the blade towards the bottom of the sheath. My guess is the magnets are acting as a fulcrum for the wobble and a piece of leather in the base will be pierced as the tip is inserted and stop the wobble. It would have to be a small piece of leather or maybe a bit of rubber band.
