We already have a Rudi. A great looking sporran indeed David. I think you have made yourself something to be proud of there. Looking forward to seeing future projects too.

I must admit to be bitten by thre Sporran Bug. Next to the kilt ,the Sporran is my favorite item.

I have a further four under construction. I'm going to try for an Irish theme. I've also an Idea for a Camo military sporran.

I get a real kick out of it. Leather is nice to work with. My mate Sten Rune has got his grandfathers cobblers sewing machine out of mothballs so who knows.....

Thanks all for your kind words for our work.....David

    David,

I understand about the sporran fixation, I have been bitten hard. I have several sporrans picked out, and want to get before I get any other kilts (I know I hear the horror of everyones sighs). Even thinking about making one myself soon (following your inspiration). I plan on staying home a lot this winter, well maybe not, life is to short and people need to see me all kilted!

Well it's finished. Sporran Nr2. (Pics in Gallery)

This sporran has a stiff lid. (Thick leather sewn over with the supple leather we have used). As can be seen from the side view the gusset does make a lot more room for all your bits and bobs.

We are at present working on Nr 3 Which will be machine sewn. (All thanks to my mates Grandfathers cobblers sewing machine.) The results will be fab ...That I can promise.
    All the Best.....David.

    Great stuff.

I am searching for something more functional. (Have ordered for Buzz, but not received.)

I like the style that you are working in.
