I had a "moment" my first week kilted (last week) when I underestimated the power of a gentle breeze in a Home Depot parking lot. And yes, there was someone behind me who saw a fool moon in the middle of the day. Glad I wasn't walking towards her.

photo...
I thinking they're making far more out of this than they should...the photo taken of the Black Watch colour party at the Centopath in Hong Kong during the handover to the PRC in 1997 was far worse than this photo.
Tempest in a tea-cup, really...
Cheers,
T.

Spats and Balmorals/Glengarries. Ya gotta love that look!
The article accompaning the fiorst picture conjectured that the Queen didn't look all that comfortable. Does anyone else get this impression when looking from the picture? She looks fine to my eyes.

There's a big difference between a wind blown accident and that asshat with the shiat eating grin that purposely did that. If I were his CO he'd be cleaning trashcans and latrines full time, for the rest of his enlistment. And his resignation papers would keep getting "lost".
When you wear a uniform you're representing your military branch and everybody in it, not yourself. Misbehaving in uniform is an act of enormous selfishness.

Considering this pic is in papers around the world today, I am sure he will be getting more than trashcan duty.
