I'm 54 and started wearing a kilt when I started piping with a band (about 4 years ago). I've been making kilts a lot longer than that.

I'm 28, and been wearing a kilt since last June.
I've got two kilts: a USA Kilts traditional style PV, and an 8-yard handsewn traditional "tank".

re: Age Span?
50 years old. Bought my first kilt last August. Have acquired two more since. Planning on the fourth in time for Tartan Day.

27 and turning 28 in July. When I was a wee Lad I wore Kilts from time to time. I have been in Kilts for the last almost two years I guess. Not full time but when ever I can and feel like I am in the Kilt. You know how it is, the job and lifestyle(motorcycles) sometimes call for pants.

29, and 99% of the time kilted. .5% of the rest of the time is unbifurcated (in other ways than kilts), and .2% is trousered and shorted.

According to the calendar, I shall hit the big 50 on the 18 of February. Other than at work or church, I am kilted.
