I do not own a loom, however I will pass on one name. This person is a colleague and friend of Matt Newsome's I believe: Marjorie Warren. There should be some kind of weavers organization, I can't think of the name off the top of my head. There should be some books available through the Scottish Tartans museum on the subject. Subject of weaving tartan that is.
