    Thumbs up

Welcome from Boonsboro, but workin in Frederick!

I have Rocky and Kelly's Semi-Traditional Iridh National kilts and I love it! I wear it for festive events (Christmas, Formal Dinners, St. Patricks Day). I'm looking forward to the Urbana Celtic Festival and others as the festive season begins.

I'm up for a Frederick or a Hagerstown Kilt night. int:

    Welcome,

There are a number of threads comparing SportKilt to USA Kilts casual. Main difference is the feel/hand of the cloth. SportKilt uses cotton/poly blend which to me feels like pajamas. For whatever reason the polyviscose from Marton Mills that USA Kilts uses feels better...at least for me.

Certainly worth the trip to see Rocky if you can. Think I've ordered about 21 of his kilts now...and I got a late start because I thought the compliments on this board had to be too good to be true. Shows you what I know.

And the USA Casuals can fit under the belly like I wear mine.

But Rocky can measure you up for however you want it. This pic is the Red Gordon special run back in summer of 2006. Pic is at Five Houses near Polacca on the Hopi reservation in Arizona. Was at the Freedom in Sobriety Hopi AA campout if you can't quite read the t-shirt.

Anyone from the Maryland gang going to head down to the DC United game on Saturday? Hopefully they'll do better then the other day!

Saturday is also one of their three Referee Nights, where I get to meet and sit in on a Q & A seesion after the game.
