He seems to be the only one in his class that's still out (as of 9am PST).
Best of luck!

Hopefully by Friday Night we can all lift a glass in honor of XMTS' own Alan H. for completing his voyage.
Sending out good thoughts your way Alan!
Cheers

Our man is doing well, lets hope he keeps to schedule. Also,Come on Ruben, keep going! I hope the minor difficulty of no mast does not hold you up too much.Seriously though, thats a tough problem.

Beth and I send our best to Alan,
I'm the lone alpinist in a family of bluewater sailors. I've spent enough time before the mast to appreciate the difficulty of Alan's undertaking.
Kevin.
On a humorous note, if you have access to a copy of 'The Cool of the Wild', please read the archetypical description of the extreme sailor.

Let's keep checking the reports. I suggest that everyone offer a toast in his honor tonight for completing a race he really started almost 20 years ago.
Cheers

Way to go Alan, now where did I hide that Whisky I bought for my dad?
"A veteran, whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve, is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life." That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it." anon
