I've worn kilts to work as a Town Hall manager and as a Magistrates Clerk in the Courts Service. I was employed in the public sector until about five years ago then took an early retirement deal and worked as self employed until the end of October of this year. With the downturn in the economy I decided to quit before the business began to run at a loss, being currently unemployed for the first time in my adult life is difficult to deal with, I need to get myself a job or kids or preferably both, to occupy my time. Realistically it looks like the next job is likely to require wearing a uniform, part of which will be trousers.
