There's an old pipe tune I've been working on which I'm sure you're familar with called 'Lochaber no more" Written probably at the time of the "45. If you've never heard it played you might try and find it on utube.

Welcome to the group, cousin. I am Clan Donald as well. My family is alo from VA., John McDaniel III born 1740 in Richmond. From there it goes into County Antrim, Ireland and then back into Scotland. Again, welcome, hope to hear more from you about your clan.
