You're all making me proud to be associated with Scouting. I never got past First Class myself, but I am now the Charter Rep. for my Lodge. We've sponsored the local troop since it was founded over 70 years ago. Our troop has made an impressive number of Eagles for such a small town. I remember the year I made First Class we had an Eagle COH for 7 Scouts all at once and two years later another two were made Eagle. Nowadays it seems like there is another Eagle every other year or so. Not bad for a troop that usually has fewer than 20 Scouts.

Well I never made Eagle I but I made second class. I have however pined Eagle Scout awards on 25 boys including three of my own sons.
I loved wood badge so much I have done it 3 times
W1-611-87 Cowles Scout reservation near Spokane WA… Beaver Patrol
W7-589-02-08 Camp Keisel Near Ogden UT.. Beaver patrol of course.
