    Rabbit ears. However, I live in a hilly area, and I also live in a basement apartment. Those two combine for poor television reception.

    My roommate's too cheap to help me pay for cable/satellite, so I have to rabbit ear it. No Monarch in all its glory (or detail!)

    You might want to try an amplified set of rabbit ears. That might help some. A trick I picked up in the 70's, Aluminum Foil on the end of your rabbit ears.
    Sometimes it would help. Anyway, Good Luck.

    Put an antenna outside. Lash a pole to a clothesline pole or something with a small TV antenna on it and feed it with some coax cable
