In a recent Y-Chromosome survey of the British Isles, the Cornish came out at over 75% Celtic (as did much of the rest of Southern England), so if part of your ancestry is Cornish, then I don't think you need to worry about not being Celtic.

I knew about the Cornish being Celtic, plus I'm mostly Scottish and Irish.
About my site, the bandwith limit is really low so you can rarley see the site, but at some point the band is gonna pool our cash and pay for a year of quality service.
