I like Ducati. I ride a VFR and can honestly say I haven't really considered wearing the kilt while riding.
After a lovely high side in 2003 which totaled my bike (my own fault, riding over my head) but from which I rode away, in scuffed up gear, skin and brain cells in-tact, I'm strictly an ATGATT kind of guy.
I've only been asked THE kilt question once, and fairly politely at that. But I get asked THE Arizona motorcycling question all the time: "Aren't you hot in all that leather?"
