i must admit that my car has heated seats - great for making the kilted rides less "invigorating".

It was 3 degrees Fahrenheit at my home this AM. Deciding to wear my tank in Malcolm Ancient tartan, it was a no brainer to put on the 100% wool tartan hose to keep the shanks warm!

Lookin' good, Mael. Like the tartan hose, ... and the cable sweater. Nice flashes, too, to accent the kilt.
I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.

A bicyclist took a snap of me today while I was piping over my lunch break. Kind of far away, but cool none the less.

Quick thought on how to get those teens in kilts: Tell them that they aren't allowed to wear a kilt! Teens, being rebellious and all that, will be buying kilts out of spite!
I've found that most relationships work best when no one wears pants.

I'll be wearing kilts to work more often as we're facing an acquisition/downsizing, and I've decided that standing out from the crowd and being noticed couldn't hurt...
and Kilted Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday...
The two best comments I had, one was a question: "Is it Robbie Burns Week?"
and the other was "You're really rockin' that dress." (explanations followed)

My husband used to tease me that this might be the only way to get some kids to do what they needed to do when their heads weren't functioning - seems like that went from age 12 to about 22.
